We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes within 7 days of the order being confirmed. ( We deliver to England, Wales and majority of Scotland but not off-shore locations, including – but not limited to – the Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Northern Scotland, Shetland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. For off-shore location delivery charges please contact us by email or telephone before you place your order.)

Delivery charges depend on product size/weight and delivery location. We try our utmost best to cater and meet the needs of the customer.

Once the order has been placed, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery day with you.

We reserve the right to charge for re –delivery when there is no one to accept the delivery on the proposed delivery date or incorrect address was provide

Receiving Your Order

On the day of delivery, it is necessary for you to be present at home in order to sign for and accept the delivery.

Upon the arrival of the delivery, please carefully inspect the packaging to ensure that there has been no damage during the shipping process.

If you happen to discover any damage, please adhere to the following procedures:

 

  • If the goods or packaging exhibit significant damage, kindly decline the delivery and mark the handheld device as "severely damaged" and "returned."

  • If the outer packaging displays minor or typical damage from handling, please accept the delivery but make a note on the delivery receipt indicating "packaging damaged."

 

In both scenarios, please get in touch with our customer service team who will be happy to help.

We strongly advise against initiating the installation of any defective products. We will promptly replace any damaged or defective items and arrange for the original items to be returned to our supplier. We do not assume responsibility for any damage that occurs during the installation process.

It is the customer's responsibility to unpack the items and inspect them for faults, defects, missing components, or any damage within a 48-hour window. Please contact our customer service or email us with the relevant details. Unfortunately, we cannot process any reports after 48 hours from the time of delivery or once installation has commenced.

All deliveries are scheduled between 6 am and 6 pm, seven days a week. Occasionally, you may receive an estimated delivery time from the courier companies, but we cannot be held accountable for their accuracy. While most drivers may be willing to assist, it is advisable to have someone available on-site who can handle the lifting of doors into your property since the couriers are not insured to bring goods into your home. Additionally, please be aware that most couriers wear body cameras due to the nature of the items they are delivering.
